If you find you are unable to correct a problem using the Troubleshooting sections of Trooper's online help, SRT Enterprises offers unlimited free technical support for Trooper via e-mail. When contacting technical support, please provide the following information:

A detailed description of the problem. If the problem is reproducible, please include the exact steps used to reproduce the problem.
Serial number of Trooper (this is available in the program's Help > About dialog)
A detailed description of your computer system, including:
Operating system (Windows 98, Windows XP, etc.)
Video card (NVidia, ATI, etc.), resolution (800x600, 1024x768, etc.), and number of colors
Amount of memory (RAM)
